@srfeld Katherine Ellis and the other trash people at the @ManhattanDA have long used bail and pre-trial detention as extralegal punishment, and dotard judges go along. It all happens to be illegal and unethical, but at least she doesn’t rob Cyrus’ cash box. #manhattanDAEthics
