@ABC It was @NYCMayor who lacked the slightest ability to check the murderous excesses of his own department, cowed as he was by their “work slowdown.” He’s a fool and a coward for suggesting the Trump DOJ (!) bail him out legally. Assert civilian authority over these loons or resign.
