@SEHarringtonDC @michaelZfox Absolutely, and just listening to appellate arguments over the last 10 years, I recall more and more instances of DOJ lawyers coming in and making arguments that just strain credulity and the law with little limiting logic to them. A legalistic smash n’ grab at all our expense.
