@MSkotnicki @JoyceWhiteVance @neal_katyal Increasingly, people are going to look at the polarized SCOTUS appointments and start asking, what if the baker wasn’t a Christian or the condemned not a Muslim? My own intuition is that the court would come out differently, and that’s not equal justice under law.
