@jonathanchait @Peter_Wehner This has been my experience with many Trump-supporting family members, particularly those in the Tea Party. When they saw a black man take the oath, they basically lost it. I still run into plenty of people who are convinced he’s a Kenyan Muslim. It’s all very pathetic.
