@YAppelbaum @NormOrnstein @TheAtlantic A compelling argument, but I fear not as valid as one would hope in a post-2016 world in which many see Trump as existing in a state of exception, not bound to lawful or political norms. Until at least a a few R’s look to their oaths, impeachment will be a fringe maneuver.
