    @MarshallProj @washingtonpost I’m sure Trump’s refusal to couch his illegal/psychopathic policies in the same neutral legal terms as prior executives is leading to issues. But using flimsy hand-waving legal justifications for all sorts of illegal executive overreach is essentially the OLC’s core function.
